see :) i have new material to work with

a week or so ago i had the opportunity to get some really nice material... i was in heaven ;)
the next two necklaces are made mostly with the new things.

for this necklace i still have to get the clasp to close it with.

this bracelet was my first try on this kind of beading. it was lots of fun to do but also frustrating at times. i had to redo quite allot.

that is a red/gold colored necklace. you can wear the ribbon either on the back, front, or the side of your neck. i think on the side it looks best.

here a closeup of the previous necklace. i really like the big dark red wooden beads.

PIF - pay it forward

i came across a great game on kellys blog ... pay it forward

I will send a handmade gift to the first 3 people who leave a comment on my blog requesting to join this ‘Pay It Forward’ exchange. I don’t know what that gift will be, and you may not receive it tomorrow or next week, but you will receive it within 365 days, that is my promise! The only thing you have to do in return is ‘Pay It Forward’ by making the same promise on your blog with a link back to me. So basically, if you comment, I’ll send you something crafty that I’ll make! Be sure to include your email. Once you sign up, copy and paste the above paragraph on your blog, and three other lucky people will be recipients of your handmade work.

You must post this on your blog to be eligible.

thx for looking and have a nice day

finally it is getting warmer outside. no more frozen water on the balcony ;)
i guess i should be thinking about some spring models. for now ive got some more warm necklaces. i just finished this gray necklace. it is a nice mix of wool, some metal elements, glass beads, and seed beads. i wrapped it twice around my neck. on the next picture you can see approximately how long it is.

on the following picture is a long earring made from a felt ball, some glass beads, seed beads, and wooden beads

a golden/brown necklace; glass beads, stones, and metal elements

this black necklace is very similar to one i did earlier in gray. i made this big beads from clay. the rest is seed beads and a leather cord.

here i wrapped up some nice stones with golden wire.

this blue necklace with earrings is very comfortable to wear and perfect for the cold winter. try it on with jeans and i believe you will be the star in any company ;)

something for your wrist. same material as the necklace above. it is decorated with mostly glass beads.

the colors of this necklace are in turquoise and purple shades. really pretty. and there are stones and glass beads all the way around the neck.

this necklace i made from coin like metal elements i got from the shop in kazanlak and from clay (the gold shimmering drops) and glass beads.

thanks for having a look.

i took some break more because of lack of creativity rather then because of the holidays. but i did manage to get some sets together. there are more than this two.. just couldnt get a good enough shoot to put up here.

some weeks ago i went to a store in a town near by to meet someone i never met before. he sells material for jewelry making and also some handmade jewelry. he offered me to trade some of my ready made earrings with material from his shop what i happily agreed with :) he even gave me more than the value of the earrings. people in bulgaria are so generous and friendly though most of them dont have much themselfs.
--> greetings to kazanlak :D <--
